  • Credits are delivered instantly and digitally upon purchase
  • Credits can be used immediately to watermark images
  • The service provides immediate value that cannot be "returned"
  • Digital products cannot be restocked or resold once accessed

2. Try Before You Buy

We provide free credits to all new users so you can test our service before making a purchase:

  • Every new account receives 5 free credits
  • Test all features including batch processing and templates
  • Watermark real images to see the quality
  • No credit card required for the free trial

We strongly encourage you to use your free credits to ensure our service meets your needs before purchasing additional credits.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your credits:

  • Contact our support team immediately at support@watermarketsyphotos.com
  • We will work to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
  • Credits may be restored if lost due to system errors on our end
  • We may issue replacement credits for documented technical failures

Note: Replacement credits are only issued for verified technical issues caused by our platform, not user error or dissatisfaction with results.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly:

  • Contact support within 7 days of the charge
  • Provide your transaction ID and payment receipt
  • Explain the discrepancy in detail

We will investigate billing errors and issue corrections only if we determine an error occurred on our end during payment processing.

5. Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely:

  • Use credits at your own pace
  • No time pressure or expiration dates
  • Credits remain available even if you don't log in for months

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service:

  • All remaining credits are forfeited
  • No refunds or credit transfers will be issued
  • Account access is permanently revoked

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute results in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from the platform
  • Forfeiture of all credits
  • Legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

Always contact our support team first before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues.

8. Dissatisfaction with Results

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with watermark appearance
  • User error in selecting watermark settings
  • Changing your mind after using credits
  • Not liking the watermark placement or style chosen
  • Buyer's remorse or deciding not to use the images

The free credits allow you to preview results before committing to a purchase.
