WatermarkEtsyPhotos provides an online watermarking tool that allows users to add text and logo watermarks to their images. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to watermark photos.

3. User Accounts and Credits

• You may use the Service without an account for basic features
• Credits are purchased in packages and never expire
• 1 credit equals 1 watermarked photo
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable - see our Refund Policy for details
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Use the Service to watermark images for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to circumvent credit requirements or security measures
• Resell or redistribute watermarked images created by other users

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. We claim no ownership over your content. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your images solely for the purpose of adding watermarks.

6. Privacy and Data

We do not store your uploaded images. Photos are processed in real-time and immediately deleted after you download the watermarked version. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

7. Refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the instant digital delivery and immediate usability of credits, we do not offer refunds. We provide free credits to all new users to test the service before making a purchase. For complete details, see our Refund Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

WatermarkEtsyPhotos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
